Geoff has over 25 years of experience in market analysis, forecasting, market feasibility studies and market-based planning strategies for a variety of retail, commercial, residential, tourism and mixed-use developments. His work includes major projects in Australia, New Zealand, North America, South America and Asia.
Geoff holds a BSc (business) degree from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from the University of British Columbia.
He has given evidence before the Queensland Planning and Environment Court, the New South Wales Land and Environment Court, the Queensland Liquor Licensing Tribunal and the New Zealand Environment Court.

Mike McCracken, Director
Mike has 30 years experience in urban-economic research including economic impact and needs assessments, market feasibility, shopper behaviour, location analysis, centre performance, industrial demand forecasts, regional economic and tourism strategies and demographic analysis.
Mike holds a BA (Geography and Anthropology) and an MA (Geography) from the University of Colorado. He has given evidence before the Queensland Planning and Environment Court, the Queensland Retail Shop Leases Tribunal, Planning Panels in Victoria and the Town Planning Appeal Tribunal in Western Australia.

Felicity Hutchings, Analyst
Felicity specializes in market analysis and forecast economic impacts of new property developments. Her primary focus is on residential, tourism and retail projects, and related assessments of demand and market viability. Her experience includes analysis of population growth potential and capacity, retail and commercial markets, and potential for new residential precincts and visitor accommodation facilities.
Felicity holds an Honours degree in economics from the University of Queensland, majoring in Business and Industry. Her Honours thesis focused on fiscal regimes for international oil production.

Renee Bengston, Analyst
Renee is an experienced Business and Property Analyst providing advice across a range of industries for both the government and private sector clients. Renee has particular skills in conducting detailed market studies and compiling research to provide professional advice for clients, as well contributing to in-house research projects. She has particular experience in analysing demographic trends in relation to mixed use and residential developments, but applies her business research acumen and experience to a wide range of projects.
Renee holds Bachelor of Business, Bachelor of International Relations and Master of Urban Development and Sustainability degrees from Bond University.

Geordie Prasser, Research Assistant
Geordie compiles factual information and specialised research that is a key component of Foresight Partners’ analysis. His work includes on site investigations, editing and distilling data, reconciling and verifying information from a wide variety of disparate sources and preparing supporting documentation. He also uses Foresight Partners’ in-house Geographic Information Systems to compile regional and site-specific demographic and market information.
Geordie was previously a Research Officer in the Demography and Housing Research Team at the Queensland Treasury Department. He is currently completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Property Economics at the Queensland University of Technology.
